How your first visit works.

1. Before your visit

Call (301) 966-7610 to schedule. Our team confirms whether the visit type you need is a fit, verifies your insurance, and books your visit at the right location. Plan for about 60–90 minutes for your first appointment. If you have records from a previous provider, call us or fax them to (301) 966-7611 before your visit.

2. What to bring

Bring your insurance card, photo ID, a current medication list with dosages, names and contact information for any specialists you see, and any recent lab results or imaging you have in hand.

3. At your visit

You'll meet directly with Nkechi Ileka-Adeoye, CRNP, who will review your health history and discuss your goals for care. Plan for a longer first visit so we can build your chart and align on next steps you can follow.

4. Ongoing care

We schedule follow-ups based on your needs — annual prevention, chronic care, or as-needed acute concerns. You keep the same clinician, not a rotating panel.
