Our accessibility commitment
We work to make the Divine Care Services public website usable for patients, caregivers, referral partners, and community members.
Our target is WCAG 2.2 AA where practical for a public healthcare website. We continue to test and improve the site as content, forms, hosting, and browser behavior change.
Current accessibility measures
- Consistent page structure, headings, navigation, and footer links.
- Keyboard-accessible links, buttons, and form controls.
- Visible focus states on interactive elements.
- Form labels, required-field indicators, hints, and error messages tied to their fields.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation.
- Descriptive image text where images carry meaning; decorative imagery is kept separate from critical content.
If you need help
If a page, form, document, or feature is hard to use, call (301) 966-7610 or email info@mydivinecareservices.com. The office can help by phone and can work on an alternative way to provide the information or service.
Reporting a barrier
When reporting an accessibility issue, please include the page URL, the device/browser if known, and a brief description of what happened. Do not include medical details in website feedback.
Review status: a full manual accessibility pass remains a launch checklist item. For medical emergencies, call 911.
