About Nkechi

Nkechi Ileka-Adeoye, CRNP, is the founding member of Divine Care Services and a board-certified primary care provider with more than 21 years of clinical experience caring for adults 18 and older. Her practice centers on preventive and primary care, chronic disease management, and same-day care for non-emergency acute illness.

Nkechi is also an advanced nurse educator with extensive experience training both seasoned and newly licensed nurses. She has served as an adjunct professor at Bowie State University and Washington Adventist University, and is a published author and researcher in nursing and clinical practice.

She earned her clinical training through the University of Maryland and Catholic University, and built her career around the belief that primary care should be personal, continuous, and accountable — the opposite of a rotating-provider experience.
